Pilgrims’ boys are given many opportunities to perform throughout the year, from public speaking and LAMDA competitions to workshops, readings and large-scale productions. Every boy can get involved, both on stage and behind the scenes, helping to develop confidence, creativity and teamwork.
Drama lessons follow themed units such as Greek theatre, Shakespeare and puppetry, where boys build core acting skills including movement, voice and improvisation. Collaborative work encourages them to express themselves confidently and become articulate performers.
Nothing beats the magic of live performance, and we are fortunate to have excellent theatres nearby that stage their own productions as well as receiving hit West End tours.
